What We Do

Matthew Controls is a full-service factory automation specialist. Matthew Controls offers design services, consulting services, panel fabrication, field installation, debug, and training.

Design Services include development of a control system from initial engineering concept to a final set of construction drawings. Program development for programmable controllers and operator interface can be provided.

Consulting Services include specification development for a particular project or an entire plant-wide standard. Matthew Controls will operate as the owner's representation in bid development, bid openings and reviews. Final inspection can also be provided.

Matthew Controls operates a panel fabrication facility. Panels can be built from construction drawings developed by Matthew Controls or by others. The panel shop can provide UL listed panels if the local code requires.

Matthew Controls will send our engineers to the job site to fully de-bug any control system, whether designed by Matthew Controls or by others. Our engineers will train your operators and technicians on the safe and proper operation of the equipment.
